While some fans saw the announcement coming, many were shocked by the news. “She hasn’t even lived yet and she’s already pregnant 🀯,” one user commented, while another remarked, “Contraception would have been a good idea!!” A third user commented, “Y’all think having babies is cute and you’ll realize you should have healed first… just go away.”

Despite all the hate, many fans were happy with the Gypsy Rose: Life After Incarceration star, who left her and Urker, 31, their best wishes. One fan said: “The hate is unreal. I’m rooting for you Gypsy! 🫢🏻 I’m so happy for you! 😭” Another called out the ignorance of many in the comments, saying: “Congratulations Gypsy. I’m so happy for you! No person on this earth walks in your shoes, don’t let anyone’s hate or criticism affect your life, because it comes from ignorance.”

Blanchard was implicated in the murder of her mother Dee Dee in 2015 after enduring years of painful medical abuse. After being released from prison in December 2023, she began rebuilding her life and relationships. Blanchard was previously married to Ryan Scott Anderson and wed in a private ceremony while she was still in prison, but their relationship faced numerous challenges. Their marriage was ultimately short-lived, and Blanchard filed for divorce in early 2024, citing irreconcilable differences. After her divorce, the expectant mother found love again with Urker.
